Our journey began unexpectedly, in the confines of a tiny box room at home. After years of climbing the corporate ladder and fully immersing myself in the relentless pursuit of success, everything abruptly changed. Forced to leave my job due to medical reasons, my fast-paced life was suddenly replaced by unfamiliar quiet and uncertainty.
Determined to rediscover purpose, I explored online marketplaces and small ventures, searching for the right path. My partner, always the visionary entrepreneur, spotted an opportunity. With no experience but plenty of ambition, he surprised me with our first embroidery machine—a Brother PR670E. Navigating this machine was no easy feat. We tackled complex manuals, faced countless technical hurdles, and, admittedly, shared some heated debates along the way.
Our very first customer was incredibly particular, making our initial project an intense, pressure-filled experience. It's almost funny now to recall how many garments we ruined before finally achieving perfection. But through persistence, countless late nights, and unwavering determination, we gradually mastered the art of embroidery.
Our early struggles soon blossomed into community connections. Word spread quickly about our dedication and quality craftsmanship, swiftly overwhelming our initial hobby-craft setup. Today, we've proudly expanded, adding three commercial-grade Melco machines to our growing workshop, empowering us to handle bigger, more intricate projects with ease.
We've also embraced innovation, keeping pace with industry advancements by investing in cutting-edge DTG (Direct-to-Garment) and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing technology. Now, our creativity knows no bounds, and vibrant, stunning designs have become our signature.
